- You can return the product to us in its original condition and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we are not liable for any lost or damaged items during transit.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days, and a reimbursement check will be sent to your address.
- However, please note that returns and cancellations will be subject to a 20% programming and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the costs of customizing, testing, and storing the product for you.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged, used, or missing parts, or if the return request is made after the 14-day period.
